HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Order processing can take up to 1-3 business days before shipment and an estimated 2-8 days for your order to arrive via USPS Ground or 2-Day USPS Priority Shipping, depending on what you chose. If your order is $140, shipping is free.
  • We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • NON-US CUSTOMERS: Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday)

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we will process your order to our suppliers to send for immediate shipment.

PACKAGE PROTECTION (SHIPPING INSURANCE)

Package protection is our shipping insurance policy that will protect you if your order is lost or stolen. You must report your item as lost or stolen within 7 days of delivery, otherwise, your insurance claim for the lost order is invalid. This is to protect us from fraudulent behavior.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control.
