Refund policy

Purchases made may be returned by the customer for any reason within 7 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. If the item was purchased at a discount or a pre-ordered item, no returns/exchanges accepted.

RETTRO will not accept returns if:

• The item has obviously been worn
• Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
• Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
• Alterations or modifications of any kind
• Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
• Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged

ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL. Markdowns are final sale and may not be returned for refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 Days after receiving the item to report it. Beyond 7 days disqualifies you from receiving a replacement or refund.
