I'm 5'5" and wear 30x30, so the XS was a great fit for me. Definitely shorter than expected but a good length for a shorter pair of shorts .

I'm 6' and 200 lbs. Typically I wear size Large in all athletic shorts, but not with these. I ended up getting a pair in Medium which fits perfectly. I recommend sizing down from your normal size.
